My Role
I joined the team as a Frontend iOS Developer with backend integration responsibilities.
iOS App Development (SwiftUI): Built the mobile experience from scratch, translating the web-based logic into a clean, native iOS app.
API & Backend Integration: Connected the app to the company’s backend system (PostgreSQL on AWS), ensuring secure transactions and real-time goal updates.
Collaboration with Backend Team: Worked closely with engineers who built the Chrome extension backend, adapting it to mobile needs.
UX/UI Enhancements: Designed smooth progress indicators and clear goal-tracking visuals to help users stay motivated.
Impact
Delivered a fully functional iOS version of Bliss to extend reach beyond the Chrome extension.
Created a seamless bridge between the backend (AWS/PostgreSQL) and mobile app.
Helped a fintech startup launch its iOS app, extending accessibility beyond Chrome and reaching hundreds of early users.
